I am brewing this startup to democratize Specialty coffee that tastes great without sugar because ridiculously good coffee should be the norm rather than the exception. This fundamental shift will benefit of coffee lovers and coffee farmers alike. 

I worked for more than a decade in the energy industry in Texas.

Until one taste of really good Colombian coffee changed my life and I went from not drinking coffee to becoming a coffee entrepreneur.

I started to learn more about coffee, taking classes in Dallas and New York City.

Then I went to Colombia to visit farms and learn about coffee from the growers’ point view.

I realized that to make the best coffee, I needed to source the best beans and roast them myself, so I started to roast my own selections in my home garage.

The result is The Cold Brew Project, which has won national awards and is available for you to enjoy.
